Blackened Mahi Sandwich
Ingredients
- 4 Mahi Filets (Cleaned, and cut to bun size)
- Hamburger buns
- Deli Sliced American Cheese (or preference)
- Lettuce
- Tomato
- Mayo
Seasoning Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons smoked paprika
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons sea salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper (ground)
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
How to make Mahi Sandwiches
- Combine seasoning ingredients in a bowl
- Dry Mahi off and toss in seasoning
- Pre-heat a skillet or pan
- Lightly grease pan after its hot and add the seasoned Mahi
- Cook Mahi through flipping once (approx 4-6 mins a side)
- Toast buns then add mayo to both sides
- Add Mahi to buns
- Add slice of cheese, tomato, lettuce and enjoy!!
