      Fish Bites (Grouper/Cobia)

      Ingredients

      •  3 cups House-Autry Seafood flour
      •  6 packets Sazon Goya seasoning 

      How to make Grouper bites

        1.  Cut up Grouper or Cobia into cubes
        2.  Mix together 3 cups of flour mix and 6 packets of Sazon. 
        3.  Toss fish straight into the mix. Coat evenly.
        4.  Add to fryer on 350 for 2-4 mins depending on preference.

      Blackened Mahi Sandwich

      Blackened Mahi Sandwich

      Ingredients

      • 4 Mahi Filets (Cleaned, and cut to bun size)
      • Hamburger buns 
      • Deli Sliced American Cheese (or preference)
      • Lettuce
      • Tomato
      • Mayo

      Seasoning Ingredients

      • 3 tablespoons smoked paprika
      • 2 teaspoons onion powder
      • 1 1/2 teaspoons sea salt
      • 1 teaspoon garlic powder 
      • 1 teaspoon black pepper (ground)
      • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
      • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

      How to make Mahi Sandwiches

        1. Combine seasoning ingredients in a bowl
        2. Dry Mahi off and toss in seasoning
        3. Pre-heat a skillet or pan
        4. Lightly grease pan after its hot and add the seasoned Mahi
        5. Cook Mahi through flipping once (approx 4-6 mins a side)
        6. Toast buns then add mayo to both sides
        7. Add Mahi to buns
        8. Add slice of cheese, tomato, lettuce and enjoy!!
